If your product has a problem upon delivery, i.e. broken or faulty parts, not working or wrong item delivered, please send us an email of your reason with a photo of the product at firstname.lastname@example.org and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. Each refund will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.

Delays with USPS or local courier shipping
International Duties or Customs charges
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS or local courier will be responsible once the package has been dispatched by our warehouse
Products marked as 'Delivered' by Post Office / USPS according to tracking. You will need to contact your Local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Upon delivery, if the local courier could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. Additional shipping and handling fees will need to be paid for the package to be re-delivered to you.
